Usage Details
The QKW2 Series Air Circuit Breaker (hereinafter referred to as the “circuit breaker”) is designed for power distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to AC 690V and below, covering a rated current range from 630A to 4000A. This product performs dual functions of power distribution and system protection in electrical networks, effectively safeguarding circuits and power supply equipment against damage caused by faults such as overload, overvoltage/undervoltage, short circuit, and single-phase earth faults.
The circuit breaker is equipped with intelligent protection functions, providing precise selective protection to enhance power supply reliability and avoid unnecessary power outages. Additionally, it features an open communication interface capable of supporting “Four Tele” functions—telemetry, telesignaling, telecontrol, and teleregulation—to meet the requirements of control centers and automation systems.
This series of circuit breakers strictly complies with the technical specifications of the national standard GB/T 14048.2 and the international standard IEC 60947-2 “Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear – Part 2: Circuit-breakers,” ensuring industry-leading performance in safety, reliability, and compatibility.

Operation Methods: Motor Spring-Charged Operation, Manual Spring-Charged Operation (Manual charging is primarily used for inspection and maintenance)

Intelligent Controller Functions
a. Intelligent controllers are available in two models: M-Type (Basic) and H-Type (Communication).
b. Features include: long-time delay inverse-time for overload, short-time delay inverse-time/definite-time, and instantaneous tripping functions. Users can configure these settings to achieve the desired protection characteristics.
c. Equipped with single-phase earth fault protection function.
d. Display functions: current display and voltage display (please specify when ordering).
e. Alarm function: overload pre-alarm.
f. Self-check functions: thermal self-check and microprocessor self-diagnosis.
g. Test function: allows testing of the controller’s tripping characteristics.
