Scope of Application
The QKB5LE-63 series Intelligent Earth Leakage Monitoring Miniature Circuit Breaker (here in after referred to as the earth leakage circuit breaker) has a rated insulation voltage of 400V and is suitable for power distribution network structures with AC 50Hz, a rated voltage of 230V, and rated currents from 40A to 63A. The rated residual current is adjustable from 50mA to 500mA, and the earth leakage protection function can be remotely disabled. It features a built-in Bluetooth communication protocol compliant with DL/T645-2007.

Main Functions and Description
Protection Functions
It provides earth leakage current protection, overload protection, and short-circuit protection. The overload and short-circuit protection functions are not affected by the operating supply voltage.
Monitoring Functions
- Earth Leakage Monitoring: The measurement range for leakage current is 1mA to 1000mA. The measurement accuracy deviation is ±2mA for the range of 1mA to 200mA, and ±2% for the range of 200mA to 1000mA.
- Temperature Monitoring: Measures the temperature inside the cavity near the contacts. The error is <5°C, and the monitoring range is -5°C to 120°C.
- Status Monitoring: Features switch status monitoring.
- Test Trip Monitoring: Features an earth leakage test trip function.
