Product Overview
The circuit breaker is suitable for electrical power systems with an AC frequency of 50 Hz, a rated voltage of up to 400 V, and a rated current from 100 to 250 A. It is designed to distribute electrical energy and protect circuits and power supply equipment from damage caused by faults such as overloads, short circuits, undervoltage, overvoltage, and phase loss. It can also be used to control the infrequent operation of electric motors.
This product features measurement capabilities for current, voltage, power, and energy consumption. It is equipped with an RS-485 interface, a power line carrier (PLC) module, Bluetooth wireless communication functionality, and an HPLC pluggable module interface. The product complies with the DL/T 645 and DL/T 698.45 communication protocols, enabling remote communication, telemetry, remote regulation, and remote tripping functions. It also possesses coordinated protection features and includes inlet/outlet terminal temperature monitoring and protection.
The controller supports hot-swapping functionality, allowing the controller module to be unplugged for maintenance or replacement without dismantling the switch while it is under live operating conditions. The normal operation of the switch remains unaffected when the controller is removed, ensuring the continuous and proper functioning of the three-stage protection.
The product complies with the following standard: GB/T 14048.2 “Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear – Part 2: Circuit-breakers.”
Normal Operating Environment
1.The ambient air temperature does not exceed +40°C, and the 24-hour average temperature does not exceed +35°C. The lower limit of the ambient air temperature is -20°C. Note: For operating conditions where the ambient air temperature exceeds +40°C or falls below -20°C, users must consult with the manufacturer.
2.The installation site altitude does not exceed 2000m.
3.The maximum temperature is +40°C, and the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50%. Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures. Special measures should be taken to address occasional condensation caused by temperature variations.
4.The location is free from rain and snow erosion.
5.The pollution degree is Level 3.
6.The maximum allowable tilt for circuit breaker installation is ±5°.
7. Installation Category: The main circuit of the circuit breaker is Installation Category III, while the auxiliary and control circuits are Installation Category II.
8.The external magnetic field at the installation site does not exceed five times the Earth’s magnetic field strength in any direction.
