- Covers all features of the original QKW7, while QYW6 provides upgraded functional modules and additional wiring options.
- Uses a dual-channel “redundant” protection system: ensures reliable relay action, and stabilized liquid-crystal operation of functional keys.
- Equipped with a 16-bit DSP high-performance digital processor:
- Improves processing speed, adopting a 12-bit ADC with accuracy up to 1/2000;
- Reduces device power consumption by 3W, now down to 1.5W;
- Integrates a dual watchdog (WDT);
- AC sampling module is integrally configured.
The controller adds plug-in communication modules and complete measurement and control functions, incorporating advanced technological components.
A new generation of phase-selection modules is provided, meeting user needs for:
- 2500A–4000A models upgraded to 90 units (QKW7 includes 2000–6300A, QYW6 includes 47 units).
- Output auxiliary contacts increased to 4 pairs with 830VA capacity, with a service life of up to 6 months. Users may choose versions with or without a shared terminal.
- Undervoltage release is integrally molded, suitable for high-capacity circuit breakers. The release delay is adjustable, with loss-of-voltage delay also adjustable.
